So tonight was the first night I had to close all by my lonesome! I think it turned out alright despite the constant
nagging I had to do to get someone to do what I asked them to. Pretty soon I'm gonna be the GSM that writes you up till you get the point! I mean seriously how hard is it to answer the phone by the 3rd ring, check the box every 30 min and run the freaking videos?!? I don't think I ask for too much just what you're already supposed to be doing! Have some initiative damn!
trust me some people just have no work ethic ... drives me crazy, glenn and i were talking about it yesterday morning, as i was running a register, running the video department, keeping the videos ran, checking the box, doing sfs, and dealing with customers too.. lol im not an overachiever i just think since i have to be there i might as well work, and if it kills me then i wont have to come back the next day.
